TIRUPATI: To enable simple access and timely delivery of services to its seniors, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) management has launched a mobile application.
TTD executive officer AV Dharma Reddy officially unveiled the ‘TTD Pensioners’ smartphone application.
TTD’s financial advisor and chief accounts officer O Balaji, LM Sandeep, the general manager of information technology, and Ravi Prasadu, the additional FA&CAO.
The app helps the 8,120 pensioners in accessing their pay slips, personal data, life certificate, pension benefits and family details, obviating the need for the senior citizens to run from pillar to post to get the same.
Conceived by the accounts and IT departments, the app can be downloaded on any
Android mobile.
