Human resource (HR) and artificial intelligence (AI) professionals see a three-to-four ratio of
agreement, according to Keka & Report, an HR tech platform for small- and medium-sized businesses
(SMEs).
According to the survey, more than 90% of HR professionals were concerned about the ethical
ramifications of AI in HR. Keka released a study titled & quot; HRs as Change Agents 2023 & quot; after the poll.
According to the press release, & quot; The study highlights the concerns raised by more than 90% of
participants regarding artificial intelligence ethics in human resources, namely around privacy and
bias issues. It continues to be a major worry for HR professionals navigating this new and changing
environment. Three out of four business executives think AI and the HR function should be
integrated despite the widespread ethical concerns regarding AI in HR.
