On Wednesday, interim IT Minister Dr. Umar Saif and caretaker Religious Affairs Minister Aneeq Ahmed jointly unveiled the application produced by the National Information Technology Board (NITB).
According to the ministry, the mobile app allows pilgrims to register using the OTP acquired via SMS. Users will be given a unique ID that combines their CNIC and application number. The app provides pilgrims with real-time updates on the status of their Haj application. Pilgrims can also examine their Haj training plans, flight details, and updated information regarding Makkah and Madina accommodations.
