Think & Built Bigger Faster Better

Today’s featured member, Michael O’dlee, President of the U.S. Office of O’dlee Design Lab, said that CCLEMANG and the lab are online design and development powerhouses with offices in Busan, Republic of Korea, and Seattle, Washington, respectively. It has assisted over 300 companies in succeeding in the worldwide market with unique solutions and broad support, including branding, UI/UX design, web marketing, export & import advising, and product development, by exploiting the Korean government’s funding program to boost export business.
What do you credit for the success of your company?

O’dlee Design Lab & CCLEMANG’s success may be attributed to its commitment to innovation, attention to customer demands, and talented staff that pursues excellence in everything they do.

What steps are you taking to entice and keep workers?

The squad captains are all people I’ve known for a long time. We promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork, and we provide everyone the possibility to grow professionally.
What do you wish you had known before you launched, expanded, or picked your present business or career path?

In all honesty, I like a good challenge. Charting our own course to growth after learning what we can do better.
What one piece of advise would you provide to someone wishing to start, grow, or enter your line of work?

Please get in touch if you are thinking about working in our industry or launching a company. I like the company of talented individuals because I’m a people person.

How involved are you or your company in your neighborhood?

We may give back to the community and support the success of our area by taking part in community activities and offering free services to nonprofit organizations.
What does your/your business’ Chamber membership mean to you?

We will have better access to resources, more networking opportunities, and a stronger voice in the neighborhood business community as a result of joining the Chamber.

What does a regional economy that is fair and inclusive look like to you?

An equitable and inclusive regional economy, in which everyone has a fair chance at success regardless of their origins or identities, aims to create a varied and dynamic economic environment that benefits all parties involved.

Are there any collaborations that you or your business are seeking right now?
We would be happy to discuss the possibilities of forming a strategic cooperation with your company if you are interested in growing your exports to South Korea.
