Infosys, a key player in the IT sector, stated today that it will work with Microsoft to create market-leading solutions using Infosys Topaz, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services. Both companies are using their individual artificial intelligence (AI) strengths to improve enterprise operations with AI-enabled products across several industries. The democratization of data and insight will be accelerated through integrated solutions, helping firms enhance efficiency and spur new revenue streams.
“Generative AI has opened new avenues of AI applications and key enterprise functions across industries,” said Infosys in a statement. “Infosys is providing services, frameworks, solutions, and platforms in multiple application areas, such as semantic search, document summarization, contact center transformation, AI-augmented software development lifecycle (SDLC), and marketing content creation.
