KARACHI: Fly Jinnah, the first low-cost carrier owned and operated jointly by the Lakson Group and the Air Arabia Group of the United Arab Emirates, has launched a unique mobile app to give passengers with the greatest facilities.
According to the spokesperson, travellers will now be able to simply book chosen flights and utilize additional facilities via the new Fly Jinnah smartphone app, making travel plans easier than before.
“Its simple interface will provide users with additional services such as selecting flights, seats, and meals, ensuring complete control over travel planning for passengers,” a spokeswoman stated. “Integrated check-in is one of the key features of the Fly Jinnah mobile app, which will help passengers avoid long lines at airport counters, saving them not only time but also any hassle.”
Furthermore, the mobile app “is also capable of providing digital boarding passes to passengers, making the boarding process easier and more efficient by eliminating the need for printed passes,” according to the spokesman.
In addition to booking and checking in, travellers will be able to access the airline’s extensive loyalty program and conveniently track and collect benefits with the new app.
According to the spokesman, travelers can call customer service for assistance with their trip bookings, and this personalized experience demonstrates Fly Jinnah’s commitment to boosting customer happiness and providing continual convenient travel services.
The Fly Jinnah app is now available for iOS, Android, and Huawei devices. Passengers can get it by searching for ‘Fly Jinnah’ in their individual app stores.
