The awards ceremony will take place on November 30, 2023, at Immersive Tech Week in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It will be a magical evening to remember and highlight the amazing advancements in VR development that have taken place all around the world.

The successful listing of Virtualware on Euronext Access Paris on April 20, 2023, the achievement of ISO 27001 Certification for both Virtualware and its proprietary VR platform VIROO, and the most recent updates to VIROO, including AR and VR cave new capabilities, among other things, are some of the year’s noteworthy accomplishments.
Additionally, the VR startup has taken part in major technological conferences throughout the world this year, enhancing its standing as a pioneer in the field. These appearances at conferences and exhibitions like I/ITSEC, VRARA Immerse Summit, AWE USA, NATO Modelling & Simulation Group Annual Symposium, World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics, European Defence Innovation Days, International Training Technology Exhibition & Conference (IT2EC), Mobile World Congress, and Collision have demonstrated the impact of Virtualware on a global scale.
The effect of Virtualware also extended to its VIROO VR platform, which throughout the year welcomed new users from a variety of business sectors. Among them were El Salvador University, a prestigious educational institution, IWE, and McMaster University, as well as Ontario Power Generation, a well-known clean energy producer in North America, Gestamp, a significant player in the European automotive industry, Janssen, a division of Johnson & Johnson, and Invest WindsorEssex. Notably, Virtualware strengthened its support for multinational General Electric Hitachi Nuclear Energy across numerous locations, solidifying its position as a global leader in virtual reality applied to nuclear energy.
