Today, Bain & Company and Microsoft announced a relationship that would allow Bain’s client companies to quickly, effectively, and at scale develop and implement new artificial intelligence (AI) applications throughout their operations.
The collaboration combines Bain’s multidisciplinary expertise in machine learning, application engineering, and strategic business consulting with Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI offering to give clients the resources they need to implement AI services and products more quickly.
In response to a substantial increase in demand for its AI services, Bain has decided to work with Microsoft to offer clients deploying AI programs improved services. Since Bain and OpenAI, the research and development firm behind the ground-breaking AI systems ChatGPT and DALLE, announced their worldwide services collaboration in February, there has been a significant increase in customer demand.
According to Roy Singh, worldwide head of the company’s AI practice, “it’s been a transformative year for Bain’s Advanced Analytics Group (AAG) as use cases for AI continue to emerge.” “Bain has been in the vanguard, assisting clients from a variety of industries in recognizing and realizing the full potential of AI. Now that we’re working together with Microsoft, we’ll be able to support transformation initiatives that completely integrate AI from start to finish, helping businesses better overcome the technological and data management challenges that frequently get in the way of their desire to innovate.
Bain is assisting its client companies with AI implementation strategies across industries and sectors, as well as within business functions like financial operations, human resources, customer relationship management, marketing, digital commerce, and service operations.
Due to the company’s cooperation with Microsoft, Bain’s business clients will now have the option of using the Azure OpenAI service to combine their corporate data with current language models and solve a range of commercial use cases in a secure and trustworthy setting.
“I’m thrilled to see the partnership between Microsoft and Bain & Company help meet this need as the business demand for end-to-end AI services continues to grow,” said Kelly Rogan, CVP, Global System Integrators and Advisory Partners at Microsoft. Businesses will be able to gain from AI-driven transformation projects thanks to Azure OpenAI and Bain’s experience, according to the statement.
