Microsoft has revealed guidelines and tools for customizing apps for dual-screen, foldable, and large-screen devices, most notably the Surface Duo 2.
Microsoft is inviting Android developers to create or improve apps for dual-screen devices, particularly the company’s Surface Duo systems.

Following the launch of the Surface Duo 2 on September 22, Microsoft published a bulletin advising developers to use the Jetpack Window Manager, which is currently in beta, to customize apps for dual-screen, foldable, and large-screen devices.
