CIT Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank, today announced the launch of a redesigned mobile app and the addition of additional desktop online banking capabilities that will provide an improved client experience by delivering seamless and convenient digitally-integrated banking.

Account management has been simplified, balance and transfer functionality has been improved, and access to information and help has been expanded. A revised user-friendly interface, greater privacy management, and a simpler way to establish and maintain direct deposits are other new web-based features.

The enhancements to CIT Bank’s mobile app are driven by the FIS Digital OneTM Consumer Studio platform, which assists banks in developing, deploying, and scaling their unique digital banking experiences.

CIT Bank customers can now use their mobile devices to access all of CIT Bank’s online banking capabilities.
