Think & Built Bigger Faster Better

For the past two days, Central Virginia Federal Credit Union has been having problems with both their ATMs and mobile app.

According to CVFCU’s Kim Wilkerson, 17 customers have posted about problems on Facebook.

“Our system is being worked on by multiple vendors, it has affected only our five ATMs and our five branches and cuOnline, which is online banking, and mobile banking, that’s it,” Wilkerson stated.

Individuals may go to any ATM outside of our five branches and make transfers, use their credit and debit cards, and receive all of their direct paycheck deposits, according to Wilkerson.

People can still use alternative services, according to Wilkerson.

Wilkerson states that you are eligible for reimbursement if you are a member of CVFCU and use an ATM that charges a fee. Keeping the receipt is all that is required.

“If they use an ATM that is not ours, they will be refunded that fee, if they have a receipt,” Wilkerson stated.

Wilkerson stated they do not have an ETA on when it will be resolved because numerous vendors are working on the problems. Now, all five of their branches are operating at full capacity.
