For XR corporate customers, Meta, formerly known as Facebook, has introduced Meta Quest for corporate, a tailored subscription service. The company intended to serve the needs of businesses with this new offering, in addition to releasing new products like Meta Quest 3 and Ray Ban | Meta Smart Glasses, as well as a selection of Quest VR games and mixed reality applications at Meta Connect.

A subscription service called Meta Quest for Business offers unique enterprise-level capabilities and customer service. Administrators may control VR headsets at the user, application, and device levels, enhancing team and departmental productivity and guaranteeing corporate security.

The service provides a range of choices for both individuals and teams. It is not necessary to log in with a Meta account while a device is in shared mode because several users can access it with a single PIN. What applications are offered can be decided by administrators.

There are different tiers of customer support available with Meta Quest for Business. Self-service assistance and support people are available on business days with the Standard package. The Plus package includes access to support personnel on weekends and other support channels including live chat. The Plus package also offers quicker response times for support tickets.
